Sat: Blackened chicken bacon, grilled onion, and mushroom, roasted jalapeños.

Sun: Carnitas, onions, cilantro, jalapeños, and green sauce. 

Mon: Buffalo chicken, back, and blue cheese crumbles.

Tri-tip sando with our house made au jus... plain jane or the works (adds grilled onions and bell peppers with jack cheese) Don't forget to add horseradish if you love it!
